Village Tax Bills

2011/2012 2nd Half Village Tax Bills are due by Tuesday, January 3, 2012. In order to accept payment without penalty, a United States Post mark of January 3rd, 2012 or earlier is required. For additional information concerning tax bills and payment schedule, please visit the Village's Website at www.mountkisco.org and go to the Finance Department and click on Real Property Tax Collection.

Trash Disposal

1. Trash is picked up by the Town on Thursday mornings.

2. Recycling of cans and metal is picked up Tuesday.

3. Newspapers and other paper products to be recycled should be placed at the curb, tied in bundles or contained in a paper bag, on Wednesday.

4. The Town may change this schedule at any time.

5. Trash and recyclables and any other pick ups should not be put out until 8:00 p.m. the evening before the pick up.

Pest Control

The Condominium has an annual contract for pest control. These services can be requested directly by calling Royal Flush Pest Control at (914) 528-5455. When you receive the operator, inform them that Timber Ridge has a yearly contract , then provide your name, unit number and any other information they request.

Snow

Timber Ridge hires a private contractor to plow the main roads, parking lots and driveways. Please use caution when going up or down the hill in inclement weather.
